(BEIJING, July 26) -- The song We Are Ready will soon be ready. As the Olympics draw near, famous musicians, athletes and singers gathered at the Great Bell Temple to strike the ancient Yongle Bell on July 26.

The recording of the forceful toll, which is often named the "Sound of Beijing", will be used in the song We Are Ready, which was made especially for the one-year countdown to the XXIX Olympiad.

The MV (music video) of the song will be filmed in Beijing and Hong Kong and released on August 4 through the Wireless Music Chart and other major media in China.

It is reported that there will be a series of celebrations for the one-year Olympic countdown.
