ANKARA, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Turkish province of Antalya will host the 2011 Outdoor Sports Olympics, said the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV) on Wednesday.
More than 30,000 athletes from 50 countries and regions are expected to attend the Antalya Olympics, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported.
Athletes competing in the outdoor Games range from seven years old to 77 years old individuals and participate in running up to 42 kilometers, swimming up to five kilometers and cycling up to 50 kilometers, the report said.
