(BEIJING, October 31) -- The International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge said Tuesday the IOC has no regrets in picking Beijing as the host city for the 2008 Olympic Games, Xinhua news agency reported.

He said, "We gave the Games to a country that represents one fifth of mankind. We gave the Games to a country that will change, that is changing."
